Deposit & refunds

Deposit

Every appointment is held with a $20 deposit, paid online after you book. It comes off your total, and you pay the rest at your appointment.

Refunds

The deposit is non-refundable. If you can't make your time, ask to reschedule from your portal or text Trin, and she'll work with you on a new date. Unpaid bookings are cancelled after 24 hours. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment costs a $20 fee, paid in your portal. If Trin cancels your appointment, your deposit is refunded in full.

Other fees
