What we collect

  • Your booking: full name, phone, email, chosen style and add-ons, appointment date and time, notes, and — if you ask Trin to travel — your address, so the travel fee can be worked out.
  • Your portal account: your email and a password you choose.
  • Where you came from: a short record per visit of the page you opened and the link that brought you (for example an Instagram bio, a text message, or a Google ad).
  • Ad click identifiers: when you arrive from a Google ad, the ad's click identifier is kept for that visit and saved with your booking, so Trin can see which ad brought you.

    • Who receives it

    Booking details stay in this site's own database. Advertising measurement is shared with Google (Google Ads), which receives your visit and booking information — including the ad click identifier, the appointment total, and a booking reference used so the same booking is not counted twice.

    Why it is used

    Two purposes only, for advertising:

  • Measurement: counting whether an ad click turned into a booking, so Trin can see which ads are worth paying for.
  • Ad optimisation: letting Google show Trin's ads to people more likely to book.

    • Styles by Trin uses Google Ads to measure whether an ad click led to a booking, and to show relevant ads. This stores a small identifier on your device and shares your visit and booking details with Google. You can accept, or choose not to be measured — either way the site works the same and you can change your mind later.

    Consent, regions and opt-outs

    In places whose law asks for a consent choice (most of Europe, the UK and Switzerland), a notice appears when you first visit and nothing ad-related loads until you answer. If you choose not to be measured there, ad tags stay blocked and bookings from those places are not counted by the ad platform. In other regions — including Florida, where Trin works — measurement runs without a notice, and we honour applicable opt-outs, including Google's own ads settings.

    Changing your mind

    Your choice is stored on this device with the date it was made, and it is never replaced by an absent choice. You can change it at any time — accepting later allows new measurements, and a refusal stops them immediately.

    How long, and who to ask

    Bookings are kept while Trin needs them for her diary and her clients, and deleted when she removes them. Ask her about anything here, or to delete your details, by calling or texting (321) 804-6152, or through the contact page.
